Use the Delete Account option under your account settings, when available, or email the address in the “Contact Us” section with the subject “Emarn Account Deletion Request.” Include the mobile number or email address registered to the account so we can verify the request. Do not send your password or complete payment-card information.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information, except for limited information that must be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained information will remain protected and will be deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.

Emarn is intended for users who are legally able to make purchases. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
